Our Supporters

We have been very lucky over the last few years to be supported by UNITY the statutory Drug and Alcohol service covering Cumbria. They have funded us and supported us to expand and grow. We offer our art and crafts service to UNITY members on Friday afternoon  in their building on Lowther Street in Whitehaven. And some UNITY members attend our sessions in Calla House

We have also had the privilege to have been funded by :  Cumbria Office of Police & Crime Commissioner Copeland Borough Council, and more recently Comic Relief in the Community and Cumbria Community Foundation. Copeland Community fund, Sellafield and Coalfields foundation.

Vulture Club were nominated for and won the Copeland Best Community Project for the West Cumbria Community Heroes Awards 2014.  Also, Copeland Community Fund have recognised our work with the development of our volunteers in 2016 and 2017
